What you’ll learn

This workshop blends education with guided practice, giving you practical tools you can continue using long after the workshop has finished. 

You’ll explore:

  • How stress affects the nervous system and body over time

  • Practical tools from Clinical EFT, HeartMath®, mindfulness, and meditation

  • Cognitive and behavioural strategies commonly used in counselling and therapy

  • Simple techniques you can use in everyday life

Throughout the workshop, you’ll have opportunities to reflect, ask questions, and practise the techniques in a supportive learning environment.
