What is energy psychology?
Energy Psychology is an integrative approach that assists with emotional regulation through mind-body awareness and gentle, evidence-based techniques.
In my practice, I work primarily with Clinical EFT, alongside HeartMath®. When appropriate, I draw on selected approaches from energy psychology to help with emotional processing, insight, and a sense of completion.
Working with Parts of Self
Sometimes we feel torn. One part of us wants to move forward, while another part feels unable to, afraid, or unsure. These inner conflicts can create tension, guilt, or self-doubt, and keep us feeling stuck.
You might notice thoughts like:
“Part of me wants to move on, but another part of me just isn’t able to.”
“I know I need to put myself first, but part of me feels guilty when I do.”
“Part of me wants to open up and trust again, but another part of me doesn’t feel safe.”
Through a guided process, we explore these different parts of you, so each one can be acknowledged and understood.
As these inner responses begin to work together instead of against each other, many people notice a growing sense of relief, a better understanding of themselves, and greater compassion.
Unfinished conversations
It’s common to hold onto unspoken words or unresolved feelings toward someone from the past. Whether that person is still living or has passed away, these experiences can linger and continue to affect your wellbeing.
Unfinished Conversations offers a safe, reflective space to express what couldn’t be said at the time, release emotions, and feel a sense of completion with that person.

Clinical EFT is the foundation of my work and is supported by more than 100 research studies published in psychology and medical journals. I draw on additional principles from Energy Psychology when appropriate, tailoring each session to your specific needs.
Some people prefer a practical focus, while others feel comfortable including reflective or intuitive processes. Whatever your preference, our sessions move at your pace and in a way that feels safe for you.
